Renewed Strength relies on donations, fundraising and grants to provide free exercise classes and support for residents of Ontario. There is an Exercise DVD available for those who cannot attend a class. They also offer training workshops to provide qualified trainers with additional knowledge and skills to become Cancer Exercise Specialists.
